Teen suicide rates have spiked dramatically, especially for teens in middle school. In many of these cases the cause is bullying. This disturbing trend has shaken Tom Murphy. Murphy, a resident of St. Albans, Vt., is a former All American wrestler and MMA fighter who has now dedicated his life to showing young people how to make peace. He co-founded Sweethearts and Heroes, an anti-bullying organization. Murphy and two colleagues have spoken to more than 1 million students around the country about how to intervene and prevent bullying.
